Leadership is the ability to see the trend, visions of the future and mold these visions to become realities.
Yet, within these visions, is a humble belief that all would be driven to serve the common interests and needs of human kind, and within the spirit of God.
Just like love, leadership is built in DNA that is hidden to be discovered. We all have the leadership's trait. We are called to lead our life to be a meaningful life. Raising a kid, supporting a friend does require leadership. They are many resources, role models that would help us to be a good leader to serve the needs of our community, and be a role model for many.
